the place was very nice, well managed, cleaniness was maintained and the staff was very good and polite.

Pleasant location, nice staff & worth to stay.

Payment mode is only "in cash" is the most disadvantage of this hotel

The room along with the washroom and the property itself was very spacious making it a comfortable stay for the family and a fun place to be around for the kids.Also, they had a mini bird sanctuary near the premises and god idols kept in and around the property.

They need to change the mattress. People with spinal/ back issues may struggle.

Tv and ac were not working which were not communicated prior..

Location although bit far from the temple, it had lot of open space with greenery.

An excellent ground floor sit out area and opposite hotel with beautiful art pieces and idols. The surrounding area is also pleasant with ample free parking

Rooms are very spacious.I stayed in Room no.415.Lifts are very pathetic..They always got stuck up.No room service.Beds are unclean.Toilets are also bad.They are doing their repair/renovation work, which generated lot of noise.Even after complaint several times,they didn't stop.It felt like hell

Facility was clean and tidy. Location is away from the busy areas of the town, quiet and peaceful.

The amenities mentioned on booking.com have to be verified before mentioning about them on the website. The number of beds provided were not as per the details. Only cash was accepted as payment (no credit card or UPI). Outside still under renovation. The amenities should be explained to the customers by the staff which is not done unless specifically asked for. Staff should be more proactive and courteous.

Monuments

Staff not so welcoming to guest, property has good and costly infra but maintenance needs to be up to that level. Presently it is poorly maintained by local staff- it needs some qualified hotel management staff.

It's spacious, lot of car parking, there is a bird park in the campus which is awesome and experience for kids Hotel beside the reception and food Is reasonable good

No intercom in rooms to communicate down, no room cleaning on daily basis

No breakfast included in package.

Room facilities and Wi-Fi. There was no Wi-Fi for rooms.

Away from the temple crowd

The blankets were very dirty, asked them to change it couple of times, the restaurant inside the hotel is horrible!

Room service: poorStaff attitude: badCleanliness: Stayed there for 2 nights and three days not a single day room was cleanedToiletries: on day 1 we got small santoor soaps and 2 towels per room ( we had three rooms booked)After day 1 nothing was given.We had stayed at the same hotel in 2018 and we really liked everything about the hotel, staff were also very helpful and hence booked the same hotel this time as well.But this time our experience has not been good, mainly because of the manager at the reception or check in desk. We had the rooms booked for 2 nights. Check in time as per them is 11 am and check out time is also 11 am. Since our bus reached the hotel early we reached the hotel by 8:30 am, we asked if the rooms were available. They said rooms are available for check in and they allowed us to check in early but didn't mention the early check in charges. They charged us ₹500 x3 rooms. Had they informed us about the early check in charges we would have checked in into only 1 room for fresh up, would have had breakfast at the restaurant and then checked in at 11.Secondly because they had the hotel booked for some marriage event the guy at the reception told us that we should vacate the room by 8am on the day of the check out. I told him it's difficult with children to vacate by 8am and where will we go because our return bus was at 5pm..so we were thinking we can check out by 11 am leave our luggage at the reception, complete the local site visit, have lunch and then leave to the bus station.But we were told that is not possible and we have to check out by 8am because they needed the rooms for the marriage booking.He told they should not have accepted the booking via booking.com.He was very rude. On day 2 when we went to shani shignapur leaving the children and my husband at the hotel they blocked access cards of all three rooms because payment was not made.

Staff was good but little bit they should know how to welcome guest in smile face

Ambience and Cleanliness in Room was so good surrounded with Green Garden was the main attraction with God statues.
